Common questions about events labour hire.
That's common. Call or submit the form before midday and we'll have confirmed event crew for your venue that arvo — often sooner. For overnight or next-morning bump-ins, give us as much notice as you can and we'll make it work.
All rates are confirmed before you book — including penalty rates for weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts. No hidden charges on the invoice. Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday rates follow Fair Work award penalties.
Yes — and it's the most common request. Same crew or different crews for each phase, depending on your schedule. Tell us the bump-in date, event dates, and bump-out window, and we'll supply confirmed crews across the full timeline.
Many do — from festival grounds at Sydney Olympic Park and Sydney Showground to exhibition centres like ICC Sydney and Darling Harbour, corporate events at The Rocks, and sporting venues at Moore Park and Royal Randwick. Experienced with staging, rigging assist, marquee builds, furniture setup, and venue turnarounds. We match experience to your event type.
Licensed forklift operators available for loading docks, warehouse staging areas, and venue floors. All licences verified before dispatch — same standard as our construction and warehouse crews.
All major Sydney event venues and precincts. We regularly deploy crews to Sydney Olympic Park, ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour, Sydney Showground, Moore Park, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Luna Park, The Rocks, and the CBD. Private venues, outdoor festival sites, and corporate locations across Greater Sydney — all covered.
Leap covers all three. Same process, same speed. Check construction rates here →
